How We Work

After you sign up, we’ll match you based on your level and preferences with peers and a tutor.  You will be added to a WhatsApp group and receive access to a shared Google Calendar to easily join upcoming sessions.

How The Calendar Works

Group Classes (GR)

To join a class:
  1. Go to the shared calendar
     
  2. Find a class (title: GR+1, GR+2, etc.)
     
  3. Click on the class you want to edit
     
  4. Change the title adding a number (+1,2,3 or 4)
     
  5. Add your name in the event details box
     
  6. Click Save

    Next: You'll receive an email from the teacher once the class is confirmed
     
To suggest a class:
  1. Go to the shared calendar
     
  2. Create a new event
     
  3. Title: GR+1
     
  4. Write your name in the event details box
     
  5. Click Save

    Next: You'll receive an email from the teacher when others have joined and once the class is confirmed
     
To cancel:
  1. Email the teacher
     
  2. If less than 24h → you lose the credit
     
  3. If more than 24h, change the title subtracting a number and delete your name from the event details box
